Terms and Conditions

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to provide written confirmation of your intent to cancel your reservation.

In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

  • Between 40 and 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 7 and 1 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Please note that domestic flight bookings within Egypt are subject to airline cancellation fees, which will be applied according to each airline’s policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds will typically be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed reservations.

Accommodation

Prices are based on double occupancy (twin sharing), unless stated otherwise. Single-occupancy rooms are available for an additional charge. Hotel and lodge names are provided as a reference to indicate quality, and we may book rooms at similar-standard establishments. All published prices include applicable taxes and fees but are subject to change without notice.

Flights, Domestic Flights:

The quoted tour prices include estimated flight costs and approximate flight times. Requests for specific flight times or changes to existing bookings may lead to adjustments in your total package price.

Responsibility

Go Tours Egypt acts as an agent for travel services, including transport by rail, road, air, boat, or other means. We are not liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, acts of God, force majeure, government actions, war, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, mechanical failure, quarantine, or defaults by any service providers. We are also not responsible for any additional expenses arising from these causes.

Special Requests

Please inform us of any special requests at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate them, these requests are not guaranteed. If we pass your request to a supplier, it does not constitute a guarantee of fulfillment. We do not accept bookings based on the fulfillment of special requests.

Children’s Policy

For Packages, Nile Cruises, and Hotels:

  • Under 2 years: Free of charge.
  • Under 6 years: 25% of the total tour cost.
  • Under 12 years: 65% of the total tour cost.
  • 12 years and older: Full price (adult rate).

For Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions:

  • Under 6 years: Free of charge.
  • Under 12 years: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 12 years and older: Full price (adult rate).

Note: Additional charges may apply for children on packages that include domestic flights or ferry services.

Tipping

Tipping is not mandatory but is appreciated for good service. The amount is at your discretion, and you are not obligated to tip.

Complaints

If you experience any issues during your trip, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly. If the issue persists, contact the Chairman of the Company during your tour. After returning home, unresolved complaints can be addressed with the Egyptian Travel Agent Association. In rare cases, you may escalate the issue to the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in Cairo.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a deposit or final payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The agreement formed upon acceptance of your booking is the full and complete contract between you and Go Tours Egypt, subject to these terms.
